Help and Knowledge believes that the people are the main drivers for changing their own living conditions. So it organizes disadvantaged men and women in its working areas and forms groups with 20-30 members in each case. Motivational and advocacy steps are taken to encourage the group members to meet weekly for discussing their problems in order to find out probable solutions.
